Nurses
Monitor patients’ health and medical needs • Administer medicines on time • Assist doctors during visits • Maintain medical records and reports
Elderly Caretakers
• Assist elders with daily activities (walking, bathing, dressing, feeding) • Provide emotional support and companionship • Ensure comfort and hygiene
Attendants
Support caretakers and nurses in day-to-day duties • Maintain cleanliness of elders’ rooms and beds • Assist with mobility and safety
Helpers
• Assist in general operations of the home • Support staff wherever needed
Cooks
• Prepare daily meals as per menu plan • Maintain hygiene and nutrition standards
Housekeeping Staff
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, halls, bathroom areas • Laundry management of elders’ clothes and bedsheets
Physiotherapist
• Conduct physical therapy sessions for elders • Help with mobility, pain relief, and recovery plans
Admin / Reception
• Handle front desk, calls, and visitor management • Maintain staff and resident records • Support office operations
Kitchen Helpers
• Assist cook in food preparation and serving • Maintain kitchen hygiene and utensils
